It’s very cute and quaint. The location was perfect for us next to the zoo. 24 hour reception was great and really friendly. Our rooms were a nice size, clean, and comfortable. They had secure parking lots for free. Really everything we needed. They also had a couple of washers and dryers you could use for $4 each with $2 coins. We were grateful to wash some bathing suits and towels after coming from Rotorua and flying out the next day!

There was no breakfast included but Ngaire provides microwave and crockery - seriously though you are so close to so many cafes on Ponsonby road that its really not an issue, the location is perfect. Bed is very comfortable and i even used the gym downstairs.

The view of the harbour is really nice! The facility is near a variety of restaurants and supermarket which is really convenient. The hotel is a few minutes away from the train station, so public transport is convenient too.
