Charles was sooo helpful. In fact, everyone was! Comfy, amazing views of marina. Steps to bars, cafes, shops, services. Perfect location. Highly recommend!!!!

This was our second stay here & we would stay again as we do like the hotel, we love the understated styling of the interiors, service is amazing, rooms were large & luxurious, location is the best by the waterfront, just don't have the breakfast there. We ate twice at the hotel's casual restaurant & it was good, the service was the best, the staff were so efficient & very pleasant. The Captain's bar is great, nice ambience, great bartenders who knew their stuff.

Location - fantastic. Great communication and very easy access lockbox nice and close to the property. The property was super clean and tidy, with very nice amenities.
