The location was perfect, staff were exceptionally nice and professional! Aya was really helpful and friendly.🥰 The food was fresh and delicious, everything was amazing honestly. Room is spacious for 3 and everyone was comfortable. Not to mention the housekeeping.. top notch.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with great courtesy and professionalism, creating a sense of comfort and warm hospitality. The room was well decorated and spotlessly clean, with all the modern amenities that ensured a completely restful stay. The breakfast was particularly delicious. The variety and quality of the choices was excellent -, all carefully and well-cooked. The constant care of the staff in the breakfast area took the experience off the ground.

The location is also excellent, with easy access to public transportation, major attractions, restaurants, and the main areas of Istanbul. It was very convenient to get around the city from the hotel. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn in the Taksim area of Istanbul. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made my stay even more enjoyable, especially during the summer days. What truly made this hotel stand out was the staff. I have traveled to many places around the world, and I can honestly say I was extremely impressed by the level of hospitality here. From the manager, Nuran, to the front desk team, including Naz, Bilal, and many others whose names I unfortunately don't remember, every single person treated me with genuine kindness and respect. A special thank you as well to Binyamin, Hussein, other associates, the housekeeping staff, the kitchen staff, and everyone serving breakfast each morning. They were incredibly accommodating, always smiling, and eager to help without expecting anything in return. That kind of sincere hospitality is rare and made a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was quiet, welcoming, and felt like a home away from home. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. It's in a great location in the Taksim area, and with a quick taxi ride, you can easily get to the city's major attractions. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. We loved the location and its proximity to airport, metro, shopping (3 malls) and nearby suburbs (Etiler, Bebek, Ulus, Ortakoy). It was easy to get around the entire city from there.

I loved our stay in the hotel. I like the breakfast and loved the staff, they were very friendly especially the reception guy Burak he was very helpful.
