Everything facilities and staff

Wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. A big thank you to the entire staff for their kindness and warm welcome. Special thanks to Inci for her exceptional kindness and helpfulness. Highly recommended! ❤️

- The staff was really kind, cheerful and helpful. I booked a spacious room but we were given a small one, when we mentioned that to the receptionist he immediately moved us to a bigger room. He was so professional and he sealed with the situation perfectly. - Whenever we asked for help wether for directions or recommendations they’ve always been there for us. - Rooms are super clean. - Definitely coming back to this hotel for my next trip

We love the location, it is very near and a walking distance to almost every tourist spot in the area plus we love the wide range of breakfast buffet

The staff was very nice, the hotel is clean, I would like to thank especially Gusra who was attentive and caring, always smiling and helpful.

Very helpful front desk staff and kind. Nice gesture to offer parting gifts. Location is perfect for exploring old town. Abundant buffet breakfast with local options and you can get espresso from the coffee machine…bonus points !! Also the room was intimate but masterfully equipped and modern with a very comfortable bed. Thanks Mustafa and staff for creating Memorable stay!

Everything was great, service was very good. Samet and Orhun helped me a lot with a surprise for my friend. Great guys.

Great location, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. Good value for the price. We would stay here again.

Conveniently located close to major sights, and with good public transport links, if one was to experience this side of the enormous city. Very friendly and helpful staff namely Sara, Wafaa and Sercan.

Hotel was super clean, excellent staff and in the centre

I spent a week at Elasophia Hotel in Istanbul with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. We stayed in a triple room, which was spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The location was perfect! The hotel is conveniently situated near the Hagia Sophia Mosque and the Blue Mosque, making it easy to explore the historic sites. Additionally, it was very easy to access public transport, with the Tram Station just a short walk away. The breakfast was perfect, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Elasofya Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Staff was wonderful at all hours. It had a great location and places to eat were close by.

The location is amazing. Close to the main attractions, lots of restaurants and shops around.

Best hotel and best stay experience ever. The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was clean and big, the bathroom was very clean and they prepared some cake for us for our anniversary celebrations. I liked everything about the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. I liked it and will definitely stay again.
