The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.

Rooms were super smart modern and clean. Bars were funky. We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food. Great vibe and perfectly located for sightseeing.

Quite a large, comfortable and modern room. Great size for NYC. Nice bedding. Espresso coffee maker and fridge as well. Very friendly and helpful staff - always a smile. The cocktail bar/restaurant on the top floor is fun and has an amazing city view. Hotel has a nice vibe overall without being over the top.
