Newly renovated and situated within 5 minutes’ walk of Ferry Building shops and ferries to Alcatraz, this luxury San Francisco hotel features guest rooms with stunning views of the San Francisco Bay... Fantastic building, perfect, safe location The room was cozy , clean , cleaned on daily basis, fantastic elevators, very helpful stuff. All in all this hotel has a well earned reputation. Taxis, shops, cable car just a stroll away.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. well located to public transport, bars, eateries, shops and much more. Bedroom TV. If it was good enough for USA Presidents, it is good enough for me.

This hotel is centrally located in San Francisco's lively Union Square, which features shopping, dining and entertainment options. One of the best hotels I have stayed in ! The manager upgraded my room since I had an unpleasant experience at another hotel just a day before. The room was perfect and loved that they gave me a free gym pass for all the days I stayed there. I didn't get a chance to have the complimentary tea/coffee in the morning and wine in evening , but that is one added bonus to anyone who stays there Definitely recommend this hotel !
