We got the room earlier and a late checkout was possible, which helped us tremendously. Very cosy and comfortable beds. Really nice fitness studio and also a quite long pool.

We loved our stay here as the location is super central, easy connectivity to the cable cars, electric buses, union square, shopping, museums & much more. Mikayla @ reception was exceptional!! What a lovely energy to start our stay. She went above the call of duty and made us feel so welcome!! The rooms are large and spacious, super clean and everything feels modern and new. Housekeeping was so helpful and kind and generous. All in all, made our stay in San Fran very homey and comfortable!!! Thanks again Mikayla!!! My son still remembers your kindness!!!

Our downtown San Francisco hotel is within three blocks of the Moscone Center, Yerba Buena Gardens, and several museums. The reception staff were excellent!

Across the street from Westfield Shopping Center, this Central San Francisco hotel offers rooms with a 46-inch flat-screen smart TV. Food options are offered in the full-service bar and lounge area. The staff goes well above and beyond to take care of guests - without even needing to be asked. Needed to store my bikes, valet my vehicle, steam my clothes and grab dinner before the ballet. All was taken care of with no stress and full smiles. This is my second stay and I'm beyond impressed with the cleanliness, hospitality and luxe accommodations. I don't think there's a better value in the city than Zetta.
