Very helpful and friendly staff. We had an early start in the morning. Staff ensured that breakfast things were set out early for us.
Rooms were unique. Not fancy but very comfortable and functional. We often stay in 5 star hotels. When in Seattle again we will stay here.

The location was wonderful. The hotel room view of the ocean and piers was spectacular. Very close to the famous market and shopping. Near great dining. We enjoyed walking along the ocean right outside the hotel.

Shay at the front desk was incredible when our credit card company was being a pain. The room itself was excellent given how long we were there (one week), the breakfast services were a nice touch, and everything else was really nice.
