Right next to the river and golden dragon bridge, the beach is about 2km away but the location is good with many decent restaurants nearby. The staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean, big and had a great view. Spa was good too! Happy with my stay here.

We enjoyed the location so close to the Han River and the adragon Bridge, walking distance to lots of things I had planned to do and we had a great size room with a view looking out to the river high level - it was amazing Staff were so helpful and friendly to us always assisting us with plans that needed it

Wonderful experience from start to finish! From the moment our Grab car dropped us off at the entrance of the Caro hotel to the moment we were placed in our Grab car to go to the airport, we were treated with the utmost kindness and care! We stayed one week, which is usually plenty of time, but we would have gladly stayed weeks longer. The neighborhood around Caro is perfect. So many delish restaurants, cafes, eateries, bakeries, marts, markets, salons, and on and on. The room was spotless, high-tech, and stunning, with views of the fire-breathing dragon and the colorful boats on the Han River. The bed and pillows were oh so comfy! We looked forward to breakfast every morning because of the great food and the warm welcome. The view from the breakfast room was gorgeous, the food was varied, plentiful and delicious. The breakfast staff made morning our favorite time of day. We seriously adore them. In every instance, we were made to feel treasured. It's hard to express how extraordinary our time at Caro was. We want to say a special thank you to Tom, Clover, and Chloe! 🙏🏼There were so many others that deserve a special thank you, as well. We will be back!

I loved my stay at M Village Da Nang, so much that I extended more than once. The property is new and beautifully designed and maintained. In my opinion it is in the best location of you are visiting the city. My favourite part was the bathroom. Everything was brand new and clean, the shower was fabulous!

We stayed one night at Shi House before going to Hoi An and liked it so much that we ended up coming back. The hotel is the same or better than in the photos (which is rare in Vietnam). Very clean, comfortable, Japanese style and with all the amenities one needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. Nam, Thu, Thao, Thao assisted us on the nights we were there, very efficient and always with a smile. Totally recommendable when in DaNang.
