Frank the manager was really awesome. He was attentive to guests’ needs. He helped me shipped my souvenirs to my hotel in Guangzhou and he even gave us Panda plushies!! Breakfast is enough, not fancy but enough to start the day. There are shops around and Sichuan Opera was just walking distance!! Thank you Frank!! I’ll be back!!

The place is new and just as it appears in the pictures—amazing, clean, organized, and smells great, with attention to the smallest details. There are no mistakes. What’s great about the hostel is that they have branches everywhere. I have visited their branches in other cities as well, so you won’t have trouble finding accommodation in other cities—just look for them.

I think I had found the best place to stay whenever I am visiting Cheng Du in the future. The crews of this hotel is amazing that they are all so caring, kind and attentive! They treat us like a family member more than a guest. Everything is so perfect during our stay given the strategic location, clean room, comfort bed, nice breakfast. They even contribute their idea to our itinerary planning and also help to book us private car hire to those location. Highly recommended to all travelers who plan to visit Cheng Du. Xi Shu Garden Inn is the best place you could ask :)

The owner Ada is above and beyond. I needed to ship a package so she walked me to the post office late at night to make sure I knew where to go. John was beyond helpful with travel / destination recs. Location is amazing; you're right next to An Shun bridge, 15 min walk to Tai Koo li, and close to LKF for night life as well. You're right on the water, so that's good. You're right next to a street, but there's not noise pollution at all. Blackout blinds work really well. Free water, beer waiting for you on your room. I got the big room; good desk for working.
