the stuff is very helpful especially malak , you can find anything you need in the hotel , we asked for an early check in they replied very fast , we checked in at 8:30am instead of 2:00 pm

The place was magnificent! The pool area facing the Nile was great, food was good and staff were very helpful and friendly! Especially Mahmoud who was particularly amazing! He spoke to us in French and help us with all of our requests. He made our stay better! He made us welcomed and at home. Thumbs up as well to the concierge (forgot his name). He was very kind and helpful🥰 We really loved the place!

Big flat.. clean.. and an excellent host. We checked in late.. and the host offered us to drive to the city center to pick up pizza and also super market... the flat has washing machine (came in very handy as we had a bunch of dirty clothesto wash)... thank you

We were the first guests here and we liked EVERYTHING!!! Perfect stay! The place is close to The lake, the owner Nasser is super friendly and the room was beautiful and very clean. A double bed (not common in other places), Really good breakfast as well. Best place we stayed in in Egypt so far!
