breakfast was value for money. room was spacious comfy beds location was fantastic right on the shops restaurant and local bars staff was great and the cleaners i would give a 10 plus was spotless could not find any think no dust and if you needed any think you only had to ask

Location was good for shops, walking the dog in the parks and catching buses. Parking was okay after the first night and we were able to leave the car nearby and use the buses. Room was nice and quiet on the top floor despite the pub being right on a fairly busy road. Friendly welcome and they looked after us well.

    Great location right in the village. Very nice pub. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent large room, warm, comfortable and well-equipped. Warm and welcoming bar area. Very good breakfast served by friendly and efficient staff. Quirky and fun record player with several LPs to play. Car park next to the pub.

    We received a warm welcome and lots of support as my daughter had just been placed on thyroxine and was struggling for energy. We had her 6 month old baby daughter with us. I was very pleased with the support of the staff throughout the stay, as my daughter visited Cheltenham A & E on 2 occasions, the latter when we were due to be out of our room.

    The staff was very nice and we felt very welcome. It's such a cute place on a great location, food was great specially breakfast. Good place to be with kids.

    Stayed here as we were attending a funeral nearby. We only stayed for 1 night but room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a lovely evening meal in the bar but we didn’t have breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful throughout our brief stay.
