Someone put a lot of TLC into this place! The spacious, quiet bedroom had everything we could wish for from comfy beds, phone chargers, plenty of pillows, water, coffee, and chips. The bathroom was sizable as well with wonderful toiletries. Shower pressure was excellent! The cafe next door offered a most impressive breakfast! Parking is just around the corner and there are plenty of dining options. We’d definitely stay here again!

A great place to rest away from the city (although it's not far from the city). I was looking for a relaxing atmosphere and silence and this place turned out to be the one. Great hosts, i had a small issue late in the evening that was quickly resolved. Definitely want to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at No. 1 The Townhouse in Kildare. The house is tremendously cozy with excellent heating throughout—it always felt warm and welcoming, no matter the weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, and the lovely sitting room includes a heater and all the TV channels you could want for a relaxing evening in. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double plus a bunk—ideal for families or small groups. Both bedrooms are en-suite. Showers were super. The duvets are really warm and comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and extra bed linen provided. The owner was fantastic—very responsive and happy to help with any questions. She also left a well-organized folder full of useful information about the house and local area, which was a really thoughtful touch. The location is amazing—just a short walk to the town square, where you’ll find plenty of pubs and restaurants. There’s also a large Tesco supermarket nearby for groceries. And if you’re into designer brands, Kildare Village Shopping Area is within walking distance too. Highly recommended for a warm, convenient, and well-equipped stay in Kildare!

Fab stay, lovely owners who left us check in earlier , loved the extras such as treats and toothbrushes. A very good location with a short walk to Kildare village and Kildare town . Would recommend!
