I had a truly wonderful stay at The Oberoi Mumbai. The food was absolutely delicious, with each meal being thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. She helped us organize incredible tours, suggested great local bars and restaurants, and was a constant source of support—especially when my wife felt unwell. Mrunali not only assisted with getting medication but also checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. Her kindness and care truly made a difference. Our room was pure 5-star luxury—extremely comfortable bed, stunning view of the mangroves, and a beautiful bathroom that made it feel like a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring the city. Hotel Naaz Executive goes out of the way to ensure that the guests are really comfortable. As the staff says, "we support family" and they live by it. During the day long stay, hotel staff ensured that we have the best stay experiences by ensuring the breakfast is delivered on time. Taxi ride from Bandra station to the hotel was very comfortable and arranged by the hotel on request to ensure that my family doesn't suffer at all looking for taxi with bags to take care. Vicinity to Pheonix Shopping Mall is an added feature.
