The staff were exceptional. Prerna was messaging before I reached to let me know that if I had any needs she could take care of them. We stayed for a birthday celebration and they ensured that we had an amazing time. Even at the buffet breakfast the staff are asking what you would like, they will get anything you need for you and have it made fresh and brought directly to your table. The hospitality was very good.

Right from arrival welcome by Joiee and team to Mr Baban and team at Shamiana, Chetan and team at Rooftop bar to Sridhar in housekeeping, very quick to respond. Superb Modern Airport Hotel December 2024 Really enjoyed my one night stopover here. It was perfect before flying home to the UK the next morning. It's close to Terminal 2 (a little further from Terminal 1) and I used the hotels excellent private transfer service both ways. A new very modern hotel with perfect rooms for a short stay. Immaculate and comfortable throughout. Nice bar with lite bite menu downstairs with friendly staff. Upstairs there is a large restaurant which has an extensive buffet for dinner as well as a la carte. The breakfast buffet here was also extensive. A very special hello and thank you to the lovely Atish and Anup who were my waiters for both dinner and breakfast. When next staying overnight at Mumbai International Airport it will definitely be my first choice hotel.
