It's an family-run hotel, old but very neat and clean. The owner was extremely friendly and welcomed us as very special guests and met all our needs. The breakfast was simple, yet very delicious, including home-made cakes - yummy! It's 10-15 mins walk from the marina, have a pool, free parking, and there's a supermarket nearby.

Hotel Ristorante Il Gabbiano is provided with a large, panoramic swimming pool. Free shuttle service to/from Passignano center and Railway Station is provided.

All.... location in town, breakfast was definitely okay, and the view of the lake was great.

The host was very helpful and met me at the street with a big smile. She also gave me advice for dinner and thoroughly explained the accommodations. The host also brought much needed coffee and breakfast to the room the next morning.

The view from the hotel was great! Nice vintage decoration and furniture, the owner was very kind, the breakfast could have more savour options not only sweet.
