The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and speaks very good English. A huge shout out to Diane and her staff. They gave us a complimentary glass of champagne since our room was not ready when we arrived. Diane introduced herself to us and gave us recommendations of places to eat. It was our pleasure meeting her and her staff!! Their breakfast is highly recommended.

This is the most impressive stay out of all the trips i had in Japan! I didnt expect this when i booked. The owner is very kind and nice even we cannot speak Japanese, but we found the way to talk to each other. The house is located in the village , so it is very quiet in the evening and it gives you the local vibes. we had the great experience there, and feel very welcomed by the owner and staff. I would love to go back again!
