For our family of four, ages 17-65, this was perfect! It was our two teens favorite place from our entire 3 weeks in Japan. We had a washing machine/dryer combo in our room with detergent provided. We could buy espresso drinks and donuts in the morning at the front desk which was a lovely convenience. The design and lighting in our room was superb. It made us all so comfortable! LOVED this hotel!

The hotel is luxurious in the best way. They have nailed the small details from having the nicest quality bathrobes we experienced on our trip to great customer service from the staff to the great bars and restaurants in the hotel itself. Its location really can't be beat and the view from the upper floors is incredible. This hotel made our stay in Hiroshima all the more special and I couldn't recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting this city.
