An amazing hotel, so much attention to detail. Staff were very polite, we were welcomed with a bit of snack during check-in. The room is very well equipped, comfortable and the interior is pleasing to the eyes. There is a soup you can get for dinner for free, that is a nice treat. Location is brilliant. We are also grateful for the little gift we received after check -out.

The location is the best! It is right by the station , by a very nice shopping mall and there are many restaurants near by. The hotel is very nice and the staff is all very nice and helpfull!

The details! Great decoration "feel at home" while sticking to japanese ways. Even a Dyson hairdrier is supplied in the rooms! Great breakfast, nice staff.

They took such good care of us! We got such a thorough introduction to the city and they were able to get us a last minute reservation for a tea ceremony (Shout out to Raquel at reception). The room and bed were very comfortable and has everything you need. Location is great and the downstairs bar has a very nice ambiance. We had a great stay, the best of our trip, highly recommend!
