Easy accessible, food is plentiful, staff are excellent, rooms are beautiful well equipped. They gave us 3 rooms adjoining in a private little wing that made us feel special. Family holidays are fun. All the staff were very polite but restaurants like Japanese and Korean were shorthanded due to festive period. Perfect for families with young or teenage kids. Gym was big. Best part was the coin laundry so we could have fresh clothes easily. Front counter staff Evan who is Indonesian but speaks excellent Japanese was super helpful.
