We had a fantastic time at Epic House. The location is superb, the house itself is warm, spacious and clean, and the hosts Yoshi and Nana were just the best people. They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay - including restaurant recommendations, slope tips, and even showing us a few off piste runs on a quiet day! Thank you both so much!

Everything was great, the room the bed the bath the food the service the staff, everything. Except for one thing. The chair. I must’ve banged my feet and ankles on the chair in my room 100 times. The chairs legs are made of a substance harder than anything else known to man. Hurt my leg so many times. Who picked the furniture?

We booked a larger family room, so the room itself was well-equipped with a private washing machine and kitchen stoves. Detergent is sold at the convenience store at the lobby. The hotel links you up with professional equipment rental and private ski coaches. The vendor sends your equipment directly to the fitting area in the hotel. Room service offers affordable and delectable food options. I like their beef curry. Friendly staff. There is usually at least one on duty who is proficient in English.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We got the 2 bedroom suite. There is a washing machine inside the room which is a big help. The kitchen is also very nice and functional. The view outside the window is gorgeous. The hotel is easily assessable skiing down from the Hilton gondola. The Niseko Village side is quiet and less crowded compared to the Hirafu side which I think is more suitable for families.

    1) Quite secluded location away from the main road. 2) With own Onsen which is for me, very good because I can wind down after a long day outside. plus the fact that the bathroom is very small to begin with. 3) Staffs were trying hard to explain everything to you, but could do better in attending to the needs of exhausted travellers. 4) our room was spacious - we came in a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) - with a queen sized bed, 2 tatami style bed and one sofa bed.
