We liked how traditional it was. The location was perfect for the Tsugaike ski resort gondola and Spicy Rentals for skis. The staff was friendly and accommodating!

This place is a total hidden gem. It’s one of the best hostels/guesthouses I’ve ever stayed at. The room was small, but the bed was large. They had a locker to put all your things and a towel with a bag to put your shower things. The hostel was very clean. There were tons of showers and laundry machines. I am so happy I know this place exists and i plan on coming back.

Great staffs all of them especially the Japanese manager, Tom, Ned: thank you. Very clean n comfortable to stay many nights. Hot yummy BF was served daily. Location is next to bus station, gondola (5’ walk) and 3’ walk to chairlift on back road. Saved my energy carrying heavy ski equipment.

Great location in the Tsugaike area, just a few minutes walk to the bus station, where two lovely restaurant located. Small but nice and comfortable. Stayed in the Japanese style room and felt pretty soothing. Loved the bath too.
