I loved my stay at Sun Shine View Hotel, I stayed there for a week and it felt like home, Mr. Shafeeq and his family are so friendly and helpful, He picked me up from the harbor and was so kind as he helped me with everything i needed during my stay and he drove me back to the harbor the day i left and made sure that i'm onboard, the room is super clean and cozy with a balcony that have a nice partial view of the sea, the AC and wifi worked very good, the bathroom and shower was very good, the breakfast was very delicious, I highly recommend their hotel, Its located in the center of the island which makes It easy to reach beaches and restaurants, definitely gonna stay there again if I had the chance to visit Maafushi again.

This newly built hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The facilities were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed — you can tell a lot of care went into creating a comfortable space for guests. But what truly stole the show was the incredible sea view. Waking up to the turquoise waters right outside my window was simply unforgettable. If you're visiting Maafushi and want a fresh, relaxing stay with a view that’s honestly to die for, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Room was spacious and comfortable, and it had a very nice natural view of the ocean with a decoration of palm trees. The balcony was amazing. we were on the first floor and sitting in the balcony was nice watching people walking and enjoying the nice beach. Breakfast was excellent with many options. The beach and ocean were very nice, and we kept swimming in the bluish water.

I would recommend and stay here again if I visit Maafushi. Check in was smooth and friendly. Welcome drink was received. Communication was good before and during. The place was quiet, clean and comfortable and better value for money than other places. The shower was hot and the water pressure was good, better than another place I stayed at. I was moved rooms upon request without any problem. The lovely guy walked me with my case to the ferry port when I left.
