The start of Summervilla was in 2011 with a 6 rooms, Which ushered a new era of true guesthouse local tourism in Maldives and we were one of the first establishments. The guest house is located on the local island of Maafushi. Government regulations require that guests do not wear bikinis or similar swimwear while in Maafushi. However, the guest house will arrange trips to picnic islands for guests where these restrictions do not apply.
