The rooms are very charming, nicely decorated and pleasant. I shared it comfortably with my 3 kids. The shower was excellent! Restaurant and pool side bar very convenient and tasty! awesome pool and fantastic staff!

I definitely recommend this hotel. The area where the hotel is located has the most beautiful beach on the island. Just 3 minutes walking to the beach. The owners of the hotel are excellent people. They take care of you in every aspect. The food is also very delicious. They have a magnificent terrace. I already miss drinking coffee there. The rooms are very clean, with a large balcony. It is very enjoyable to spend time here with the sounds of birds and trees.

    The location near the beach is very good , just 1 minute walking. The staff is super nice always willing to help wherever you need ! Which is very important. The owner is very helpful . He helped us to rent a car very easily without any problem, also helped us with taxis etc . We do recommend this place specifically for families with kids like us . We booked for 2 nights and finally we extended our stay here for our whole trip in the island. Thanks Tom and team!

    -The straff! (specially Lynn, Aung, tom, the pool guy and the two girls serving breakfast) -Food was great (beter than the beach restaurants) -Drinks at the pool -Pool was clean -Area was nice -Location nice, not ON the beach but close to! -In the room there was air con AND two fan. Everything smells like fresh loundry. Got baby crib, also fresh! -We like it so much and we stayed for almost a week longer than we planed. -This was the most friendly people we meet on the whole Island Phangan!

    The Team was incredibly nice, polite, helpful, amazing with our kids. It's a perfect family place. A lot of toys everywhere. Very good burmese food and very good breakfast. Thank you so much, we're very sad that we had to leave today. We definitely want to come back some day!

    we had a lovely stay at baan kiao. The Room we had was big and spacious with cleaning every day. The bed was so comfy, we shared one bed as a family of 3. The restaurant serves really good food, coffee and breakfast is so nice. as we had some rainy days we spent some time in the restaurant and everything was so great. Stuff is lovely and interacting with the kids all the time. our fav was Lynn and my son loved Tata. The pool was clean and nice and we spent quite some time there. walk to the beach short and the beach nice.

    A great stay for a family with kid. We stayed in bungalow A-8 and it was facing the pool directly. Pool clean and big, suitable for kids and adults. Very convenient. Bungalow was always clean, towels always changed, they do laundry really cheap. Staff very friendly and helpful, arranging taxis even the last second. Beach just 2 min from bungalow. Breakfast delicious, from the menu, not swedish table. Drinks by the pool from morning till evening.

    Team was fabulous, rooms are super big with terrace and air conditioner works great. Team took care for everything I asked, just like I’m a baby. Laundry service/scooter/taxies everything trough the hotel. Can definitely recommend, for families and solo travelers.

    Everything was brilliant. The staff were super lovely with our toddler. The manager went above and beyond to make our family stay easy and fun. The hut and hammock I highly recommend. We look forward to visiting again.

    Pool side family size bungalows were great and hard to find in other parts of Thailand. Staff are very attentive and good fun to engage; especially Tom who gave us plenty of background information on Thai life. Short walk to the beach with many drinking and eating options. Beach in the perfect direction to watch the sunset with a Chang beer or cocktail while the kids play on the swings. We liked the breakfast format, which was different to other hotels. The laundry service was good value.

    One of the best places I have ever stayed. The attention to detail is great from making sure we had a transfer from the pier, to welcoming us, everything was perfect. It is a family oriented hotel and they were great with kids (kids pool, toys, high chairs etc). We are a couple with no kids and also loved it. Great bungalows, very close to the beach and very chill. Highly recommend!

    We had a lovely stay at Baan Kiao and will definitely come back. It is a very kids friendly resort with amazing and heartwarming staff (especially Tom ;). The breakfast was very good and the kitchen even made simple porridge for our baby. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee places close by. Many families came back or extended their stay. We definitely recommend this resort.
