She gave me a lot of information and tried to save me money where she could. She was very sweet and thoughtful! The room is just as pictured, very spacious, and the AC was definitely working well! The bed is the standard firm you expect in Thailand, but there was a nice cushion layer on top to take the edge off.

The units are very nice and clean, with 2 levels and two bedrooms. The beds were not as comfortable as we are used to at home but firm, as expected in Thailand. The unit had two full bathrooms, wifi, and a tv with streaming. There is also a small kitchen area with a sink and a refrigerator. Outside, there is a beautiful garden and breakfast area.There is free coffee and toast available, which guests can make themselves. However, we requested a full breakfast every morning, and it was exceptional.They offer excellent coffee drinks from their coffee bar at a small additional price. The hostess was very accommodating and helpful with arranging transportation for us around the city. Highly recommended place to stay in Ayutthaya.

The hostess was incredibly kind and friendly, and helped organize trips (by boat and tuktuk). The breakfast was the best I've had in Thailand. The free bicycles were a great boon too.

The quality and comfort of the property is exceptional. Equally, the furnishing and decor are very good. The landlord and his family are very friendly and service minded. Permission of pets is highly appreciated. Very functional kitchen.

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are simple but convenient. Good locations for visiting the temples in the area. Nice swimming pool to cool off a bit. The breakfast was nice, and had a lot of different fruit options. Good value for the price
