Premier Grand features panoramic views of Tokyo. Service was incredible. Rooms were good sized for a city hotel but the small features really made it quite luxurious. Happy hour every evening was perfect to come back to after a busy day of sight seeing!

The ambience feels opulent, which is very fitting for this historical hotel. The Old Imperial Bar is one of the nicest bars we’ve been to (such a nice dim relaxing ambience and great cocktails). The location is perfect to explore Ginza. The staff is one of the kindest and most hospitable we’ve come across on our stays.

Guests can request for relaxing massages after a workout at the fitness centre or a swim at the indoor pool. It also boast 10 dining options with various cuisines. Its a super beautiful elegant hotel in an amazing location- we loved it and wish we could have stayed longer. They were very kind and refunded the cancellation fee of our initial booking as our child fell sick- so it was obvious that when we replanned the trip we stayed with them! The rooms are clean, modern with lovely views of the city. Room service and guest relations response was prompt and so caring. I would say this is a five star hotel. With incredible value for money.

The Cerulean Tower is just a 5-minute walk away from Shibuya Station, providing access to many train and subway lines. From there it is a 2-minute train ride to Harajuku and the Meiji Jingu Shrine. We booked the Executive Floor level which included free breakfast at the lounge and 2 other resturants. The breakfast buffet at the main floor was exceptional. It was nice to have the other options as well.
