The experience staying in this hotel is one of the nicest ones I've travel in asia for the price. The room was clean and comfortable while the room service was quick and the house keeping team was very polite. The receptionist team were very informative about the tours I've booked with them and it was very fun - recommend doing the small tour in the morning around 10AM. Location of the hotel is nice easy to get around to most places in 10-15min, shops, restuarants and pubstreet..etc.

The design and decoration are beautiful, creating a lovely atmosphere. The room was comfortable and felt very cozy. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options. The swimming pool was fantastic but quite busy in the evening around 5 PM. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
