The property is very beautiful and has an amazing staff so polite and always willing to help in all ways. The location is great close enough to city center to walk but far enough away where it is not super busy. I would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Great hotel. Great pool at end of hot days. Restaurant is good and great breakfasts and afternoon tea is a nice bonus. I enjoyed the walk to city center, but they offered free tuk tuks if you want one.

We stayed at The Elephant for 1 week and really felt at home there. Our room with balcony and overlooking the pool was big and comfortable. Breakfast (included) and lunch + dinner (if you choose to eat there) were delicious. What really makes this place special however is the staff. The manager, the front desk, the restaurant staff and everyone else working there were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Simply wonderful! The hotel also has its own trusted TukTuk drivers who can take you anywhere in town and to the temples of Angkor (at your own schedule - highly recommend) at great rates. Overall a great experience!

We stayed in the exclusive villa. It was a beautiful property with a shared pool and lots of foliage so felt like we were out of the city even though we were very close to everything. We loved eating our breakfast at the table outdoors and our privacy. The main hotel’s amenities were also very nice and our daughters loved the tea time.

Lovely hotel that I highly recommend. The room was big having comfortable bed, doubke pillows and nice bed linen. There is nice swimming pool in the hotel. All is very clean. But the most value of the hotel is its lovely staff- all of them kind,helpfull and calm. Reception team, restoran team and all others, thank you for taking good care of us.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff (Chhean, Kim, Kun, Roxy and Phearun) were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s like an Oasis. The rooms are beautiful! They help you booking your tours, finding English speaking guides. It feels like you are staying with family. We are planning another trip next year to see more and will definitely stay here again!

Nice rooms very clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Contacted them re an extra night and as they couldn’t keep us in the same room so upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite—very nice! We liked it so well we extended our stay for a few more days and once again they let us keep the suite for the same price! My husband got a little heat stroke after our tour of Angkor Wat and once again the staff was very helpful and genuinely concerned. I would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever return to Siem Reap this will most definitely be our go to hotel.

Excellent hotel, excellent service and excellent staff! The extra efforts such as complimentary afternoon tea and tuk tuk rides after 6pm into the old town were most appreciated! Breakfast was also impressive!! The tours arranged by the hotel were excellent with outstanding guides (we had Jack) and drivers (we had Peng).
