The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a deluxe double room with a stunning view of the sea, pool area and Marina. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. We used the bar by the pool and in the hotel and the staff always provided a very good service. This hotel was in a great location to travel about but there was also plenty to see and walks to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars all round.

Staff helpfulness, friendliness and politeness was mixed. A few of the staff were extremely welcoming. The majority of staff at breakfast were dismissive and reluctant in their manner. It was hard work to get any help and then it was almost rude. The signature restaurant Maymanta was outstanding. The ambience of the roof terrace, particularly at night, was stunning.
