We absolutely loved our stay at Urus Beloxia! The hotel itself is beautiful, with an eclectic and modern vibe that creates such a special atmosphere. The ambience is warm and inviting, and every detail feels thoughtfully designed.
Luis was an excellent host—so welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The views of the lake are simply breathtaking. We loved sitting and watching the birds, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. One of the highlights of our trip was kayaking on the lake—it was such a fun and unique way to explore the area.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d highly recommend Urus Beloxia to anyone looking for a memorable and beautiful escape!

The location just outside Puno was great, only a short inexpensive taxi ride into town. We spent a night on the uros islands in a homestay prior to our stay here and the hotel is right next to the port used for the pick up and drop off. Breakfast at this hotel is outstanding, best in our month in Peru. Loved the jacuzzi in the spa area. Staff were very helpful and service was excellent. While it is more expensive than other hotels in the same area, we were excited to have a five star hotel experience for a fraction of what it would cost in Canada. The restorant is incredible and we were able to use the spa facilities. The view of the lake is incredible.
