5-Star Hotels in Lima

Location. A few steps to entrance to airport. Very modern with smart gadgets in room.

great location, the room was comfy and spatious.. the staff was super friendly and even arranged for me to access the room way before the check-in time

Clean and tidy and very secure and private

Location, quality, cleanliness, staff

Super creative interiors, well thought out design and experience, very clean

Brand new hotel, amazing location just in the heart of the Miraflores district, closet to the ocean, staf is incredible nice with high customer service, I was really surprised about it, everybody was super kind and helpfull. Food is amazing the restaurant is 10 points, try the Ceviche, arroz con Pollo and desserts are great.

Overall, the staff and facilities are excellent. Worth for the amount paid. Breakfast great and wide choice. However, I was disappointed with the quality of cheviche served. I have expected more and better quality. Being Local food and one of the pride of Peru. Otherwise, overall it is good! I would like to commend the receptionists, Luz and Alexander who were very WELCOMING and accommodating and made our stay comfortable. We were given room upgrade on the last night which were very much appreciated. Just what we needed after few days in Cusco.

I like the most the attitude of the stuff to us in the Recepion- name o the lady that served us was Maria Elena who helped us to find any answer to any question we had. Another stuff that helped was The security Superviser name Stuart who escort us to a clinic near by the hotel . Helped us as a translatore with the Doctor & with buying the medicine we needed to buy. So the last one we apprichiate much was Melisa, that incharge of the Dinning Room she served us with patient and a big smile. When we left the hotel we could feel thatnothing every stuff we talked to did the best to improove our staying :))

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Location, facilities, restaurants, large room and bathroom plus excellent staff. Breakfast and service was exceptional. Food quality and variety was excellent, coffees were delicious. Our daily waiter, I believe his name was Angel, was so professional! The parking garage so convenient. Will definite stay there every time we will visit Lima.

I really enjoy my stay, staff is very friendly and helpful. Will come back

This hotel is more than just a place to stay; it is a home away from home due to a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and great experiences. The central location makes it easy to explore Miraflores, while the hotel's amenities and services ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everyone goes the extra mile and is genuinely happy to assist.

Exceletne desayuno, rápido cehck in y check out.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the room was quiet, and the bed was great. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The location felt safe and convenient, and overall the service level was truly premium.

The hotel is great. In fact, when I have a problem with my flight, the staff help me to solve the problem.

The rooms are very well appointed, the restaurants at the hotel were all great, and the rooftop pool is hard to beat!

It’ meets 100% Marriott standards - beautiful shower, specious room, super friendly stufff, excellent breakfasts. Also location is a plus, just in the center of Merafloris and next to shopping area.

Great location. Modern amenities. Friendly staff. Great breakfast

Sparkling clean. Comfortable. Amazing location.

The rooms were very nice. Pool was nice and warm too! The breakfast was my favorite part. Superb! Best hotel we stayed in

Very good location, but may suffer a little traffic. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The staffs are hospitality.

Outstanding service and comfortable rooms

It was a privilege to stay in such a historical place. It was beautiful.

The apt was comfortable and spacious. The executive suites give access to the club, including breakfast, a light lunch and dinner. The gym is very well equipped. The swimming pool is good, but no external pool. The food is very good quality. There are 4 restaurants including the lobby bar.

The room, the staff, the breakfast? The gym, the location (central), nearby restaurants. Ideal for a business trip.

The furnitures and decoration. Very beautiful hotel

Very clean room, wonderful room service

Breakfast offers an ample variety of items. High service level from all hotel staff. The oven view room is absolutely stunning, particularly in the sunset hours.
