The property is amazing with super friendly staff who welcome you and process your check-in whilst you enjoy a nice cool elevated lemonade drink and a little snack.. not to forget the ice cold refreshing towel that my face was longing for after the heat. At every turn and point there was a smiling face and a special mention to Ella and Lily who have been super delightful and ready to help. Not to forget the other staff including the restaurant and breakfast team who are willing to guide you on any dietary requirements and just a call away. It’s also a short complimentary ride to old town. I cannot recommend this place enough and I look forward to coming and staying for a longer duration.

Really good hotel. The noise issues mentioned in previous reviews were not true – it's a soundproof hotel if you're in the rooms. Staff is outstanding.

It has been a pleasant stay at the hotel. Good value. Good interior and serene small garden. Good hospitality from the staff. It was located in a quiet area, away from the crowd. But a short cycling distance to the old town. Good massage experience. Bicycles are available for guests who wish to cycle to the old town.

We are a family of 4, with 2 teenage girls - the interconnecting rooms worked really well for us. Rooms were very well appointed with each having its own very posh bathroom. It is located about a 10 minute walk to the center of town- and we could easily return to the hotel mid-day and go back into town once the day was no longer so hot. We took both the riverside path for nice quiet strolls and the road if we wanted to shop along the way. During our mid-day breaks, we enjoyed the hotel facilities- there is a very cool rooftop pool and a nicely kitted gym. They were able to arrange for us to do a lantern making class and we really had fun with that activity. Dining Tips: the hotel has a sister restaurant in the town center, Little Faifo, which we really enjoyed- good food, nice ambiance. Closer to the hotel, we enjoyed dining in Citadel- fusion Vietnamese, awesome service

    Great location and exceptional service, meets all expectations and I cannot say a bad thing. The staff are great and what is really good is the extras don’t cost the earth. Eg the hotel restaurant is great and great value compared to the local eating places. When we booked day trips through the hotel they charged a reasonable price and didn’t gouge us like many hotels would. 5 stars!
