I have been to many hotels all over Vietnam and this is by far my favorite. From the time we landed at Danang international airport, we were met with our very friendly driver. Once we arrived at the hotel we were assisted by Jessie (Jessica). She was extremely helpful, friendly and just overall made our stay phenomenal. It was a very nice surprise to receive a free local beer and snack, as it was not expected. Unfortunately, we only had one night at the hotel, but my entire family wished we stayed longer. The staff were phenomenal, everyone from the ladies At reception to the guys helping with our luggage, the rooms were immaculate, I honestly could not find a single fault with the rooms, and the breakfast selection was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hoi An. We stayed in the premier king room with a balcony for reference.

New hotel near Hoi An ancient town, beautiful and fully equipped. The rooftop bar is great if wanting to watch the sunset over the river. Enthusiastic and cute staff. We stayed 2 extra days for this vacation.

Stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel right on the river. Jenny, the manager, checked in with us every day and instantly made us feel at home. Min, Rose, Larie and the rest of the staff added to the friendliness and helpfulness and made our stay here so enjoyable. An extra bonus was the hotel barge on the river where we enjoyed cocktails and dinner at sunset. Breakfast room and food selection superb as well as their outdoor patio. Jennie was always on top of everything and at the time of our stay she was adding more plants on the already lush patio. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are fantastic, so welcoming and kind. The location is pretty good, easy walking distance to the ancient town. We used the spa services and they were great. The breakfast food was really awesome to, good variety and quality. The room was clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. The facilities are in really good shape. It felt like a boutique hotel with all the amenities and tour options of a large hotel.

Such a wonderful stay. Absolutely loved the staff and how friendly they were. We were ungraded and they let us check in early which makes such a difference with a baby and toddler. The room was spacious and they had the baby portacot set up for us. Can't wait to stay again in the future.

    Great location and exceptional service, meets all expectations and I cannot say a bad thing. The staff are great and what is really good is the extras don’t cost the earth. Eg the hotel restaurant is great and great value compared to the local eating places. When we booked day trips through the hotel they charged a reasonable price and didn’t gouge us like many hotels would. 5 stars!
