Efficient, fast, kind, excellent service and communication. Place was very clean, smells so good (loved this!), spacious, everything feels brand new, lot of attention to details creating a luxurious atmosphere. Very private and has everything you may need either for a short or long trip. Location is great as you are away from noise and crowds but still close to walk to the main spots in the city. Parking available in front of the place.

This was centrally located and easy to get to the main square. Not only was the apartment spacious, comfortable, and clean, but the host could not have been nicer! He gave us so many ideas of things to do in and around town that we would not have thought of on our own. The best thing we did in Bosnia was the Kravica Waterfall, which he recommended. The kids also appreciated that there was a little bowl of candy when we arrived lol.

    Great breakfast and an amazing location at the heart of Sarajevo. The hotel staff was very attentive and kind, and happy to help with any request. However, bear in mind that 4 stars in Sarajevo hotels is not 4 stars elsewhere. The quality of the accommodation is what you would usually see in other European capitals' hotels with 3 stars.

    The room was nice, not brand new, but good-looking and stylish. It had all the necessary things. The bathroom was very large with windows looking to the modern part of Sarajevo. Common areas also look very nice and respectable. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is an advantage as well, it's on the embankment of the Miljacka river which can bring you right to the city center. I also enjoyed sauna and steam room.

    Fantastic location less than a minute walk from the centre of Old Town… yet quiet rooms. Very clean modern spacious stylish. Nice bar/breakfast area. Breakfast is varied and good value, and decent quality. staff very friendly and very very helpful and attentive. Room service daily and excellent.
