The lodge is a 4 minute walk to the heart of Killarney food and music, but it's out of the fray of the busy streets. It was a big bonus to have parking onsite. The staff was very friendly and they even had an ice machine!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a problem with some loose tiles in our bathroom and they immediately changed our room. The breakfast was amazing. The location is great. Close to all of the attractions but outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Killarney.

We loved the beautiful grounds and location to the walking paths. The onsite restaurant and bar was wonderful, and the included breakfast was outstanding. Staff was very helpful in arranging rides and tickets to Dunloe Gap tour and a cab into town, as well as tending to a maintenance issue in a timely manner. The rooms are spacious and the jacuzzi tub and view of the castle made the room extra special!

This is a beautiful old historic hotel that has been updated. The gal at the front desk, Michelle??, was warm, friendly and had excellent customer service skills. She held our bags in the morning before we could check in since we had an early tour and helped us out with our luggage the next afternoon. She was lovely and helpful. I did hear her on the phone telling someone that only the superior rooms have AC. I was super glad we had booked a king room because we had AC! The tub was the most comfortable I've ever taken a bath in and I have a LOT of experience in this area. I love a nightly bath! Breakfast was delicious and there were several options plus everything on the continental buffet.
