4-Star Hotels in Nikko

The installations are beautiful, the room has a balcony and is very sapcious for a family of 4. The food is great. It is located on a panoramic view to the bridge. The onsen is very clean. Amenities are nice. It has Shuttle to train terminal. Friendly staff. Tatoos must be covered.

Beautiful location. Exceptional amenities

This place is amazing! We got more than what we expected. Super nice staff, incredible food and great spacious room.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Traditional Japanese room with tatami floor, futons, screens and low table with floor seats. Excellent location close to the Shinkyo Bridge and the Nikko National Park. Our room had the bonus of a balcony looking over the river. Lovely to sleep listening to the river flow. Nice to have the baths to use too.

We loved our stay here! The staff was ready to have us check in (which went very smoothly) There were abundant towels for us to use at the onsen. The breakfast was superb. It was a Japanese style meal with a variety of dishes.

Friendly staff, room is amazing, room view is fantastic, clean room

Great service and the onsen was very relaxing. They had traditional robes for the whole family with lots of great amenities to keep the kids busy.

Everything, every detail is great. As a history lover. I really enjoy the tours they have. The staff is kind and thoughtful. It's the best hotel in my mind.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This was a very different stay. Although a little removed from the centre of town, the shuttle bus service made it accessible. A beautiful escape from the business of travel.

Location was beautiful. Free shuttle to train station. Close to bus route to explore. Great staff. Beautiful building. Delicious food.

Extraordinary experience. The buffet is excellent as the onsen facilities

The staff, the food, hotel, and hotel amenities beyond expectations.

Staff was extremely friendly and able to fully correspond in English. Dinner and breakfast were both beautiful, unique and delicious. They really cater to making the most of the regional Tochigi cuisine and specialties. Room was clean and all the amenities were well though out and high quality. The room with the open air bath was well worth it alone so everything else was a bonus. I did not check out the public bath due to tattoo policy.

Love the hotel and all facilities. Very nice and clean. Definitely going back !

value to money, onsen facilities is good

This place is amazing -- luxurious yet comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Our room was perfect, as was the ensuite onsen bath, and the food was delicious. We loved our time at Fufu Nikko!

The breakfast was amazing! Delicious and plentiful! The view from our room was breath-taking. Our dinners (we treated ourselves to two) were exceptional and amazing. The second evening the chef changed up some selections for us which was very thoughtful. We also enjoyed the happy hour and playing some gamees together before dinner.

Dinner n breakfast was well presented n delicious. Dinner was allocated at a private room which was nice n quiet. The lady manager came to say thank you in Japanese which we had difficulty to understand but it was a very warm gesture and made us feel happy. Booking.com should always offer plan with dinner n breakfast for onsen hotel in Japan. Having Japanese kaiseki dinner set at Nanae was an unforgettable experience. Arigato Nanae and specially to Sato san who help us to carry our luggage from a distance away at hotel entrance.

Exceptional staff, all of them were highly attentive and kind. Outstanding Japanese dinner and breakfast. Our room was Japanese style, and it was gorgeous. Best hotel experience we had in Japan. 10 out of 10, would go back if visiting the area again.

Staff and set course meals were terrific. Our waiter used a translator app to tell us about the various foods that were included in our set course meals. Great service and a lot of attention for us.

The quiet location and staff.

Very nice onsen area and great spread for breakfast and dinner. Area was beautiful in winter. It's far from Nikko area but so worth it if u want a beautiful serene escape.
