For us the hospitality was great and want to give a shout out to Albert and his team. Although it was a short stay it has been one of the best stays so far in Penang and we have stayed in many places. location was great there was parking complimentary light refreshments pool

The Cinnamon Room is a decent space for a family of 5. The snacks were abundant and the tea/coffee selection was decent. The courtyard had ample seating areas and was peaceful and lovely. Kevin at the front desk was very helpful during our check-in. Atiee was personable and helpful during check-out also. We found everything to be lovely during our stay, in stark contrast to some reviews that noted noise from nearby shops. Despite our room being closest to the main door and the main road, there was no sound of traffic outside or people entering or exiting the building, which is surprising.

This is a perfect hotel to choose for your central Penang access! The restaurants, shops and fruit stands are all around the hotel. You must give it a try. There are only a few rooms inside the hotel building, and you have a public library study on the 2nd floor, which is awesome!

Highly recommend this perfect little gem in the heart of Georgetown. Location was amazing, extremely convenient to walk to all the sightseeing spots in the city. Hospitality here was unmatched. All the staff were so sweet, and they all went above and beyond in recommending us the best restaurants and attractions to visit. Included breakfast was absolutely delicious with a rotating menu (Western / Nyonya / Dim Sum). And finally the room itself - so clean and modern and so much care put into the amenities. The bath butler service was a dream! This hotel was the highlight of our stay in Malaysia and we would definitely stay again.

I stayed for 3 nites. First 2 notes was in a single room. The bed is comfortable and clean but noisy as everyone has to pass the room. I was staying in the first room near the reception. The third nite I was upgraded to double bed as single was full. .The bed was uncomfortable maybe it was thoroughly used by couples. Perhaps it's time for a change. What was worse I found a cockroach crawling around and told the cleaner who catches it. I cannot imagine I slept with a cockroach all nite. Il quickly checked out as I was supposed to stay another nite. However, the receptionists are all so sweet and friendly.. The upkeep of the hotel is terrible. The location is very good. The food, shopping and nite life are all within walking distance.
