We were a family of 4 and had plenty of room in the family suite. The room and facility were clean and the staff was friendly and beyond helpful. They even helped us with a personal matter after we had checked out of the hotel. The 8 pools were great and clean, and didn't feel crowded since there were so many options. There was good variety in the breakfast buffet, including Thai and Western foods. My sons loved having chocolate milk for breakfast every morning we were there. Direct access to the beach was amazing. We had so much fun playing at the beach and waves. There's even a massage tent near the beach! There area vendors where you can rent beach lounge chairs for the day and eat meals right on the beach. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

I realized I kept on extending my stay for over two weeks just due to the staff alone. They made me feel at home. Particularly Nick and Brown , who are the most hardworking men ever, they certainly deserve a big bonus. The cleaning team is fantastic and they are very thorough. The rooms are well kept. I love the fragrance they use. Also they do the cutest designs with the towels. The rooftop is incredible and has great views and ample seating area. The pool is nice! I love this place so much I will return with my family next time! Thank you for the care (:
