WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . We had a good sized room with a large balcony with a view onto the Matterhorn. The bathroom was a bit small but new and had all the needed conveniences. We had "half board" (which means dinner included) and both meal times where excellent every day. Large breakfast buffet and fantastic dinners every night. Super easy to not have to think about food and get totally spoiled every day. I know this is standard in many places in Europe, but for an American it is such an amazing experience. We were treated like family from day one.

The location of the Montela resort was near the bus stop " unter den Berg " in Saas Grund . The friendly staff and the whole place was just amazing . Very clean and in the kitchen you have everything you need . Even cheese fondue and raclette pans , Nespresso machine ( with a few Nespresso capsules ) ,tea bags , olive oil and balsamic vinegar . The included Saastal card was very convenient .
