The beds were so comfortable and the staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a smile on my face everytime I had to speak to anyone at reception. The hotel is located super close to Dotonburi but not so close where it feels super touristy, and was very easy to access via public transport. My husband and I loved the landry room and the vending machines on each floor - it was so nice to be able to do our laundry after 2 weeks of traveling around japan. And though we don't have kids, we were both super impressed by how kid friendly this hotel was. There was a kid's playroom and it just overall seemed very welcoming to kids. I loved this hotel and we will for sure stay here next time we go to Osaka.
