The location was perfect, we felt so safe in the middle of the financial district and this was most important to us as we are 2 girls traveling. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped us out a lot and were always really friendly without being too pushy. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the budget but get so much for it! The metro is also just next to the hotel and you're in walking distance of so many cool restaurants/take aways/the financial district which is incredible at night to walk through. I don't think I have ever been this satisfied with a hotel!

Every apartment at this hotel offers a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen cable TV. Every residence also comes with a private bathroom with toiletries. The team went above and beyond and helped us quickly change rooms on the second night due to an issue on that floor and moved us to an even better room. The team are super helpful and friendly. They really went above and beyond throughout the stay. The gym is massive and great for serious training. The apartments are very spacious and great value for money in manhattan.

All rooms come with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. It was in a very nice neighbourhood with lovely restaurants and a perfect location for exploring the city. The room had a great view, a wonderful shower and a large comfortable bed. The rooftop was the icing on the cake, the view you had over New York was amazing! And if you get some things to eat from the delicious Italian deli on the corner, a cold drink and that view……heaven! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, you feel right at home. Downstairs you could grab a coffee or tea for in your room or to take away and a croissant every morning was a very nice bonus. We would highly recommend it to everyone who is going to New York and wants to enjoy the city in a friendly atmosphere, we just loved it!

The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner, and the bar area with the fireplace was perfect for meetings.
