Beautiful boutique hotel in the quiet Upper West Side, close to Central Park and easy subway access. The addition of the Wallace Lounge , an atmospheric bar and lounge with live jazz most nights and lovely bar food is great.

Fabulous location just around the corner from Saks and a few minutes walk to St.Patricks cathedral- walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Lovely staff who answered all of our questions. Quiet, spotlessly clean rooms which were surprisingly large by NY standards. A modern hotel with nice decor. Just to note there is no restaurant on site which we knew before booking, plenty of options for food close by. Would highly recommend

Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. Located around 1.4 km from One World Trade Center, the hotel is also 1.6 km away from Brooklyn Bridge. The property is located in the Wall Street - Financial District and Bloomingdale's is 2.3 km away. I stayed at Artezen hotel in NY with my husband and one-year-old baby for a week and our stay was an absolute pleasure. The hotel is perfectly located (subway stops all around, close to all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets, near many tourist attractions). The facilities were impeccable and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, in fact, all of our requirements were taken care of in a warm and thoughtful way. It was really comforting to have water and coffee refilled in the room every morning. We booked a king-sized bed that was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud, we appreciated this after long hours of sightseeing. Also, the Italian restaurant downstairs serves good deal dishes like pasta, salad and paninis - actually, some of the best pistachio pesto I've had in a long while. Long story short, would most definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, we nailed it.

Great location with friendly staff. Bed was super comfortable.
