The location is perfect, very central yet also very safe The staff is super nice, 24/7 someone is at the reception desk, we had to check out at four in the morning to go to the bus terminal which was no problem at all and the receptionist even reserved us a taxi the evening before that would come and pick us up in front of the hostel at 4am
