I liked the location as there is a beautiful lake and the neighborhood is quiet. The concept is just your ensuite room with a bathroom and for fridge and microwave there is a common area (kitchen which is not fully equipped)

Very clean and comfortable apartment, very pleasant smell. Great atmosphere, friendly and responsive staff. Nice bar with terraces on the ground floor. When we arrived it was very hot outside, but the air conditioner was already turned on so we had a great experience from the first minute.

Interaction was excellent prior to our arrival. Instructions to get to the hotel were simple and clear. It is one of those renovated floors with hotel rooms within normal apartment buildings. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, very tidy, with a wonderful shower. Marko and the staff were incredibly welcoming and nice, very attentive to our needs (so much that our flight to leave was really early in the morning and they provided a take-away breakfast the night before - this was awesome!!!), they gave us good recommendations to make our stay more enjoyable, including having lunch or dinner at the restaurants in the 1st floor of the building (a very fancy one and a typical Croatian one - food was incredible in both!!!). If I ever go back to Zagreb, I would book again undoubtfully.
