The property was elegant and beautifully simple I truly loved the color coordination of the furniture, walls, and curtains. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony filled with flowers was a lovely touch in addition the location was perfect . The open kitchen outside the room was very well equipped and added to the overall charm of the place. But what made the experience truly special was Alessandro. He was so kind and helpful full of warmth and love. When I asked him to help us book a taxi to Como station, he generously offered to drive us himself. I can’t thank him enough for this beautiful gesture. Highly recommended👌

We had a lovely five nights here at the end of a long international trip. The house and rooms are designed with elegance and with a view to comfort. (Not listed, but there is also a fridge and useful mini-bar in the spacious rooms.) Stephano is a generous and thoughtful host, always ready with practical help and advice to get the best out of the area. (He even accommodated us on our last day while waiting for a late evening flight.) Breakfast on the terrazzo with the other guests was perfect. The garden parking space was much appreciated in this busy area. The house is in a quiet area and a short walk from the city centre and lake.

It’s very spacious apartment, located in the center Como, nearby there are restaurants, cafe downstairs, walking to the Como train station and ferry boat stop very convenient, super clean, and easy to check in, with a balcony where you can sit comfortably for a drink, the apartment is facing to the inward garden, so very quiet… I definitely recommend
