Everything was perfect from the linens on the bed to the plush towels in the bathroom and the snacks in the refrigerator. Our host, Elisa, tended to our every need from helping us carry our bags to choosing a restaurant that served award-winning risotto to driving us there in her personal car and picking us up after dinner and taking us back to our room. Vercelli is an undiscovered treasure in Northern Italy and what makes it so special is not just its food and its culture but the warmth and friendliness of its people.

Stayed here on our way from Germany to France. Everything was according to our expectations; both rooms had air conditioners. As mosquitoes are quite large there, the mosquito nets in the window are especially appreciated. We had good rest and appreciated calmness of the area.
