The garden was GORGEOUS!!! So many beautiful flowers! Bed was very comfy. Shower was warm and strong......loved the products they had for us to use, I bought some from the store since to take home with me. They have thought of everything in the kitchen! Hosts were very friendly and delightful to talk with. Such a beautiful home.

Premise has been built on a budget with space limitations. This was compensated for in every way the hosts could, by providing bottled water, washing up service etc. Very comfortable relaxing space, which the hosts had pre-heated and lit up before our arrival. Also great choice of breakfast goodies which was unexpected.

The charming heritage-style Highland House Boutique Hotel is located in the North Dunedin district in Dunedin.

Cute place to stay! Loved it, great spot for what I needed, parking, heating and an adorable antiquish style room!

We really liked this stay. It is in a good location, close to city center. The home was large and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
