Lovely German couple who own the property were very friendly, helpful, informative, & gave us good recommendations as wall as insights into the culture/history of SA. Cheerful, colourful, whimsical property, each room is different, great breakfast!! Lovely cook and staff! Location in Seapoint was 10 minutes walk to the waterfront promenade, in a mostly residential area, was safe and close to lots of eateries, shops, and specialty coffee. Easy 10 walk to the red hop on hop off bus stop (near Winchester Hotel). Bonus: Every morning at breakfast we could watch the paragliding/parasailing above our house, coming down from Signal hill!

This is a fabulous guest house, the owner Jaques meets you and is really welcoming and informative. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is a nice continental buffet style, with plenty of options. There are two pools, we only used the main one, but very clean and a good temperature. Plenty of towels and beds / seating by the pool. They also have a driver, who will shuttle you around for approximately the same cost as an uber, but he's very reliable and that’s important. The rooms are very well equipped, plenty of storage, a safe and comfy beds. There's an honesty bar, which is well stocked for most needs I would think. We will absolutely go back to stay the next time we are in Constantia.

Beautiful room and modern bathroom and amenities. Gated and safe. Friendly staff. It felt like you could ask them for anything at any time no problem. Cozy boutique hotel feels like a small private little quiet community. Wide selection at breakfast and it was delicious.

A very quick stay between arriving on one flight and catching one the next morning. For the value you can't say the single room was too small, so instead the single room was very cosy. Better to upgrade to a double room if you are staying longer. Staff were very friendly and waited with me at the front gate for my uber to arrive.
