The host was extremely thoughtful and left a range of breakfast items, beer, coke, tea coffee and water. The bathroom was wonderful with a brilliant power shower. The bed was super comfy and the addition of air conditioning certainly helped on a warm evening.

The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 3 km from Skegness Butlins. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Spacious, great location so that you are not too close to the centre but also not that far away either. Great hosts Jason and Richard, excellent breakfast, on street parking.
